A：Thanks for your question. First, Isuppose I’m a persevering (有意志力的 / 有毅力的) person. A：As you may see from my application materials, I graduated from a very average university. I mean the university doesn’t have much reputation. I think this is a disadvantage when I compete with other candidates (和其他人竞争时). But, I’m pretty confident about my professional knowledge and performance of today. I believe I can make it.

Firstly, the university where I achieved my Bachelor’s degree (学士学位) is not famous for English major. So, I don’t think I have enough competitive advantages (竞争优势) in the job market (就业市场). That’s why I needto get a diploma(文凭) from a better university.

Secondly, the Master’s degree (硕士学位) is essential to my future career path (职业生涯), especially when it comes to the fact that (特别是当提及……的时候) I’m more likely togeta salary increase (涨薪) and promotion(升职) in the company.

A：Actually, I’m planning toobtain the Master’s degree at first, and then I’m going to seek more challenging (有挑战的) work opportunity.Though it might put more workloads on me and I need to cope with more difficult work assignments, I think only by doing so canI get the worth of tuition I paid and time and energy I devoted (投入). 各位导师好：

我叫 XXX，我于 2014 年毕业于吉林农业大学农林经济管理专业，获得管理学学士学位。很高兴作为一名往届生进入今天的研究生复试环节，同时我也很珍惜这次和老师面对面交流学习的机会。

2014 年毕业之后我选择了直接工作，任职于农业企业，从事会计工作。在工作过程当中，我发现农业相关会计分录的设置与传统的会计是有区别的。这就涉及到在报账的过程当中，需要把某些科目转化成传统的会计分录才能与相关管理部门进行对接，大大的增重相关工作负担、降低工作效率。同时由于公司的发展需求从而对财务部门提出了更高的要求。而本科所学习的专业知识并不能满足相应需求。从而我选择了报考 MPAcc（会计专业学位硕士）这个专业以提高自身的专业技能和学历。
